MAY 2014

It's been a while! The website will be updated as soon as we have a little more time but just a little update now to let everyone know that behind the scene the work continues mainly by Emma's mum & dad, Sue & Paul who tirelessly continue taking Emma's closet to car boots every week (weather permitting).
Your support is still needed and any donations will be appreciated by us all.

Keep checking in for major updates.

Thank you - Tracy x

Please see menu 'Walk With Emma 2011' for details of our latest event and also note the menu section Buy from these online stores.  If you internet shop, please click on the link on this page and simply by accessing stores such as Asda, Waterstones, you can buy in exactly the same way as normal but because it is via a link on our site, the merchants send us a percentage of sales.  For example if you wanted to book a room via Premier Inn on a weekend, they would donate to us 5% of your total purchase!  It is so easy and makes our funds increase without anybody doing anything other than accessing the stores via our link.
We have received  some lovely prizes for our raffle which we are sure everyone will be delighted with and we are looking forward to both the walk and the evening event.
Finally for the moment, see below our latest newsletter & the latest Free Press report on our fund raising.

12th April
a quick post to say we are having a meeting tomorrow to discuss the
possibility of a kids club.  It is very early stages and we do not know
if anything will transpire from this but are making enquiries etc.  This
will be for children who have been bereaved, not for counselling
(although a qualified child counsellor will be in attendance) it will be
more so enabling these kids to have time out and be amongst others in
the same situation.  We will keep you updated on things regarding this.
One of our younger supporters, Nikita, is visiting London at the end of
the month and will be attempting to be photographed with as many
celebrities as she can to raise money via sponsorship dressed as an
apple!  We wish her the very best of luck and hope you can possibly
support her by donating on one of our web pages (such as Darrens Bungee jump) using the reference
AppleNikita!  Photographs will be posted afterwards and we have every
faith in her to accomplish this challenge.
